Patience is the virtue
Initially you do tend to find such people as nosy
You might complain or maybe refrain to work with them
this can go on till 2 days, 3 days 4 days but then later you will come across his better side and you will realise that he isnt the one you used to think he was!
There are many people who show others that they are a bit arrogant but then if you get closer to them they really are good!
