I recently had to get a copy of my birth certificate to apply for a program I hope to be admitted into. That's why I know it was Fairlawn Hospital. When I called to ask how to get a copy of the birth certificate, the clerk I spoke with told me they've turned it into a luxury hotel!

I don't remember the name of the hospital where I was born as I was soooo young and by the way I think I was busy in seeing the world around me.

No I don't remember the name. I am sure I have read it on my birth certificate but it didn't stick in my memory. I only lived in the town I was born for 6 months and have never been back.
