Quality or Quantity

It really depends on what it is, and what i use it for. Diapers, i get the cheapest i can find, because my little baby will soil it within an hour or so, so there is no use in getting the most expensive, but i buy really good diaper rash cream in case he needs it. I buy the best medicine, b/c when you have a head ache you want to know that it will work, but we buy the cheapest gas b/c it's so expensive. So my answer would be both, i look for the best deal obviously, but it just depends on why i need it and what it is.
