How do you relax?

In this new year, I have pledged to try and relax more. I tend to hold stuff inside and that is not good. I want to try and relax more. I already take hot baths, but can you suggest anything else? Please don't say burn incense. I am allergic to most scents. I'm not a big drinker, but a glass of wine every now and again is ok. I'd like some suggestions that are cheap or even better, free!

You should try to take a nice long walk. It will clear your head as long as you don't bring any distractions like an ipod, cell phone, or person to chat with. It is good for your body and mind - give it a try!!!

i like to go for a bike ride to relax or when i need to think about things
ride along the cliffs next to the ocean at sunset/sunrise find a quiet spot and just sit there
get to see some nice sights spend time alone and get some exersize
and totally free

Listen to classical music. Read a book.
Are you allergic to scented candles?
Write, draw, paint, sew, knit, do other
crafts. Do you have a porch or somewhere
outside where you can lay back, close your
eyes and listen to nature. That is if you
have nature around you. maybe these will
generate other ideas from within you.
