New design star???

Does anyone know when the new design start starts his show???

The winner of season three won't be announced until Sunday, August 3rd. I imagine that the winner's show will be aired in 2009. It took awhile for David Bromstad's (seson 1) show to begin. I think Kim's show (season 2) was on the air alot quicker. I imagine that details will be announced once things are decided and planned.
