Dear all friends, A very happy new year for all. This is my first discussion in this year. I recieved a message from my boss stating that I been choosen as one of the 'independent' member for domestic inquiry against one of our staff. I never involve in this kind of inquiry before. Any body who have advise for me especially about being 'independent', please reply.
