anyone sell real estate? / myLot

I am 42 years old and have been at the same company for 17 years and very tired of sitting behind a desk shuffling paper. I am very much a social person and need interaction with others. I have a strong desire to sell real estate even though I really do not know much about it yet. I am considering going to Real Estate school and diving in. I want a serious career change. Does anyone out there sell real estate? Anyone have any tips or advice for me? I live in a growing area of the state and our county is one of the fastest growing in the state. Houses were selling for average $150,000 two years ago but the same house now sells for $250,000 and they are building homes as fast as they can around here. Is this a good move or not so good?

I do not recommend quite quitting the job you have yet, But I know just the program that can help you get started a little. I had just recently started this myself, althought I can not do all the program offers yet. I am excited to do so in the future. My Friend works real estate and has been for years.
