If we are equal, as I believe, why do some people think that they are better than others? Shouldn't we love one another? I will only be reading and rating replys. Thank you.

Yes, we should love one another and love each other for who we are and not what we are or what we have or do not have. It does seem like people think they are better than others. They think they are better looking than others, have better jobs then others, better cars, better home, smarter than others and other reasons. Seems like a lot of people are full of themselves and only think about themselves and nobody else.

i always believe that people should love one another as well as equality among us, regardless of race, attaintments or achievements in life, and to many things as we may speak. too sad, that there are people think that they are better than others. i think this people think that way because to a certain point, they do have exaggerated positive opinion of their own worth and abilities, goals, pride, achievements, etc.

When some peole get money it changes them. I have seen it all the time. Yes some people think that since they have a better education, their better, if they live in a better home, they act like that too.

Margieanne it is called GREED for the ALMIGHTY POWER RUSH! If they have a little more money than the rest of us they think they are better somehow, as then they have a little more power to do what they want. Does that make any sense to you? It has nothing to do with who the rest of us are, or what color we are, or what language we speak, it is just their own greed, to make them feel better about themselves! If they only had a clue how sad that is. Thank God the majority of the people on earth are still just good, hard working, honest people who just want to make their own way in this world, and believe it or not we still are the majority or this world would no longer still be here. Yes we have learned to mistrust each other and sometimes even think that we hate each other, but that is because of what we are being fed every single day on tv and in the newspaper! If it isn't perverted, or violent then it isn't news, right? How many times do you see good things happening on the news? Never! And I know there is still so much good out there, I have seen it! But these people may not be rich enough, or the right color, or religion, who knows? But wouldn't it be nice to see more of this good on the news, on tv? I am not ready to give up on my fellow man, as I know that the good is still there. I hope, no I pray that everyone just stops and takes a look at our world the way I have and maybe they will think it worth it too? We are all just people. People are what makes this world go on.

People are either raised to think they are better or develop the sense that they are. We all get out of bed the same way. Put our pants on one leg at a time, unless you can jump into them both legs at once. That would be a feat.

in a perfect world yes, but unfortunately some poeple feel that others owe them something or that because they have money or have power that other people are worthless.
