The Incarnations of Immortality by Piers Anthony? If you have what do you like about it and which book is your favorite? For those of you who have not read this series it's a fantasy based series where each book deals with a different incarnation. A human takes over the job in different ways depending on the incarnation and has to learn how to handle it all. There are seven books in the series each one is for an incarnation: death, time, fate, war, nature, evil and good. It is an excellent series that I would recommend to anyone. My favorite book is For Love of Evil, the sixth book in the series. It gives a unique view of Evil Incarnate and really makes you think. So if you have read this series what did you think of it and do you have a favorite book?

I loved those books, the best series Piers Anthony wrote. I don't know if I could pick any one, but Love of Evil was great, but so was On a Pale Horse, and Wielding a Red Sword, and the time one was cool, as was the nature one.

I think it was too. Xanth was also good and the Roundear of Prophecy but Incarnations is my favorite. They are all good but For Love of Evil really gets to me. Gives a whole other side to the face of evil.

See I am not a Xanyth fan, I think they are highly over rated, well not over rated, I think he took it too far and should have stopped ages ago. Now the Apprentice Adept series was good, as was the Mode series (though I don't think he finished that one, the only two I can remember ever seeing are are Fractal Mode, and Virtual Mode). Many of his one off books are great as well. I think Piers Anthony is a great writer, I interviewed him via email for an article once, very friendly, especially since I was a freelance writer with almost no credits under my belt working for a website with zero to no credibility, just one of the thousands of writer based eZines.

Oh I agree he's a fantastic writer. I've enjoyed everything I've read of his although I admit I haven't read them all. He actually lives only about an hour from me but no I have never met him. I bet it was a thrill to interview him. That had to be a great experience.

Sorry no I don't know where an e-book version would be. I've never done e-books so your guess is as good as mine. If you want more information on the series though you can find it here: http://www.scifan.com/series/series.asp?SR_seriesid=394 It shows the whole series and gives links to amazon if you want to buy it.

If you use any peer to peer program you could probably find the e-books there. i found them once. but i can't read a book on the pc. its just not the same. i have since formatted sorry or i'd have emailed em to you. Try using limewire or something of that nature.

I haven't tried to read a book online. I have some fanfictions but they aren't that long. Not sure if I could. I think I'd get too distracted with other things.

Time and Fate were very interesting I agree. They gave some new insight into the thoughts of them. I don't know if I would want to be time and live backwards but Fate might be interesting. I enjoyed them all as well and have reread them several times.
