chalk outline - used to mark where a murder victim has lain and to gather evidence relative to the particular case

If someone takes a life then his life should be taken too. Swift punishment could end lots of tax payers money being used up in long tedious trials.

I don't believe in capital punishment so to me it would have to be life in prison but with only basic living conditions like they have in places such as Indonesia. In Australia it is a bit too cushy. They have computers, videos TV. Attend studies etc. The victims don'c get this sort of existance so why should the perpetrator?!
