the right to vote..the right to express ur opinion and to choose what u think is right..for democratic nations this is the public's voice..its their judgement..but how many are dumb at that rate??..how many are using their right righteously?????..how many are moving away from their responsibilities??..what do we have to say about this??..discuss..
