The australian cricket team might be in trouble because of the retirement of warne mcgrath and langer.. and gilchrist and hayden may soon do the same... so wat do you people think...

I don't think we have to worry about Australia. They have developed a system where an individual is important but not too important. Someone else will come, someone will take extra load and fill the gap. There were times when Australia played without Warne, McGrath and still managed to win. They have developed this after years of effort. Also important is the spirit of Australian, which plays important roles in their victories. They are not satisfied by winning the Ashes when they won the third test. They want to win by 5-0.
It is only possible when all the players are fully committed and that is why absense of few individuals will not have any major effects. That is what I feel.

they know how to handle the changes! I think this will not effect to much on their team as it will effect the cricket
