what is the difference between BPO and CALL CENTRE.

Well my friend BPO stands for business process outsourcing and the most common examples of BPO are call centers. BPO is the trend of relocating entire business functions either to self owned or third party service providers but they are placed at low cost locations..they manage an organizations critical or non critical processes and applications.but a call center is centralized use of office for the purpose of recieving or transmitting large requests by telephone....
