cake cutting speech from matron of honour

Am being told to were a gold and lime green dress which i can't find and it should be an aftrican attire whereby i haven't found one and i would like you to give me the alternative dress i can wear.Secondly am the matron of honour and they would like me to do the cake cutting and i don't have any speech that i can say about the cake and the bride and groom please i need your assistance.Thanks
