How to manage without children

Parents take so much care of the children in their education, employment,marriage etc.,
But after marriage,children goes apart from the parents. Initially they show some support and later they forget the parents. Though parents are not depending on money from the children, still they crave for somebody at old age, for social security reasons.
Is old-age home is the only solution?

The current scenario is children, once they are self suffcient, flee from thier parents to explore secrets of the world. So parents must realise this and do not expect anything from their children. Once they fulfill their responsiblities towards their siblings, they must totally detatch from them, and concentrate on spiritualism.
