divorce and child care

if a couple haveing two boys 12+ & 11+ and get divorce,who will take care of the kids?if father wants to take care,can he?? What does canadian divore law and child care law says??

I dont know about the canadian laws but yes If someone is financially sound he can take care of the children i mean just love and effection wont look after their well being You do need money to nourish and look after them Besides they are 12+ and 11+ they arent so small that there will be a necessity for a mom to look after them!
