Is there a good thing in racism?

I don't really get it when some people discriminating others because of their race. What's the point of their radical discrimination? What will they gain?

Racism has always been a bad thing and unfortunately is something that always will be a bad thing. I can not see this problem ever going away, no matter where you live. I think it is terrible that companies and people discriminate based on peoples race. I know myself I love people of all races and nationalities and wish everyone else did the same.
