This is a forum where You can talk to people from all over the world. I think You will be interested in money earning too?! So You earn money for opening a new discussion like You did with this discussion, and You also earn for posting responses for discussion. But You should do it with a quality. Your responses must be more than a two three words. You also need to rate responses in Your maden discussions or in others too (right side "+" or "minus"). I don't know how much Mylot pays for each responses or discussions but it depends on how good they are...

Like stacie orrico said in her song, It's so simple! :) All you must only start a discussion or reply to a discussion. More discussion you start or reply, more earning you'll get. But, you must remember. Never give a short answer, like 'Yes', 'No', or just say 'Me too'. You must try be as decriptive as possible when reply a discussion.
