Russian Woman, French Woman, American Woman -- Women all over the world are one and the same. It all depends on the men folks how they behave, how they love, are they free from cheating mentality, are they sincere to their love, etc. are they caring about the family etc.

You can't judge people on the place/country they were born. There might be some characteristics or differences in bringing up children that can affect the way a lot of people behave in one certain area, but still, you must look at every individual. (and it depends on what you want in a woman, a good woman to one guy can be a total nightmare for another one).
