Ever been stuck in a job you hate????

That's me. I've been with this company for 5yrs now and feel no pride, loyalty or passion for them. I am bored and miserable as hell. They are quite aware of how i feel but don't seem to be doing anything about it. The attitude is kinda like 'like it or lump it'. No one is indispensible so they can easily replace me. Does'nt that just suck? Wasn't always like this, they used to care about their staff and the staff used to enjoy coming to work. Now the staff drop like hot cakes. we have like 2-3 resignations every month. I am trying desperately to join that list but have to be very careful on the decisions i make. Anyone else in a similar situation or ever felt unwanted and unappreciated at work? Ever hated work so much that you called in sick more than you were at work?
