Overpopulation is a problem only in certain third world countries. In fact an ageing population is a problem in many parts of europe and asia such as in Italy, Germany, and Japan. In the Philippines, the government is openly encouraging migration to other countries. The government here knows it can't fight the catholic church since the catholic church here controls the mind of the masses. Standing on an unstable chair, the government needs all the support it can get. So the government here prefers to leave the responsibility to the local government. As a student nurse, whenever I am in slum areas and depressed parts of my city, I try to educate people about contraceptives and family planning methods. I also praise those that already do family planning. In these simple little ways, I hope the word will spread out to all mothers and would be mothers.

Over poulation is a global phenomenon and it doesn't depend on where you live as we know, this problem is on every country. So, we have to think globally instead of thinking on respective countries....isn't it? maybe, you also have a valid point here as more and more people are prefering to stay single and this might result in reducing population in coming day's......
Anyway's, thanks for your response
