dissappointed with the society that i joined!

i am joining a society right now. i were a member since 1 and a half year ago. he used to be a home for me in my university life! but now it is dissappoint-ment that left!! before... all the hardships that i gone through were happy burden but now... the people problem made me exhausted. trying to run away from everything nw... Any suggestion on what should i do? i know running away is not a good solution!
