Why are girls not safe in any part of the world???

Open the newspaper and you see a barrage of headlines blaring about murders, crimes, assaults and molestations. These keywords dominate the headlines. The bitter part is that most of the victims are women. What awes me out is that in a world boasting of educated people how is it that even today women are not safe??? Why the rapes, molestations, murders and assaults on them continues? Why are they not safe in any part of the world??

I don't think it's got anything to do with education. People with degrees are just as likely to be rapists as well as a street bum. I believe it's the personality, background, or even the hormonal balance of person that causes him to react in certain ways. There isn't any one factor that determines it. But I agree, it's atrocious, it's cruel, it's tragic.

Well not all in the world are educated. It is this breed of people who pose the biggest threat to women. But not that the educated lot are any better.
