Hi Can you tell me some basic rules of investments in Stocks. I am new to this field and do not have much knowledge about the market.

There is an abundance of information on the web to teach you a little about the stock market. There are also a few books that I can recommend. On the web, take a look at fool.com, they have some great resources on how to analyse companies based on cash flow. IF you want to get into technical analysis, take a look at stockcharts.com Some books to read: One up on Wall Street, The New Buffetology, The Warren Buffet Way, and The Intelligent Investor.
