out of body experience

Has anyone had an out of body experience? I experienced this once when I was at my mother's house and she was terminally ill. She was crying and asking me to help her. I remember feeling powerless and the next moment was up in the corner looking at the two of us. I then seen that this was like a play we were in and my role was to play my part as a good daughter. It seemed as time stood still for this moment but I had much understanding while out of my body. I then returned to my body and hugged her. She seemed much more calm after that.

I know of some well learned intellectual people who believe in astral projection and pratice it themselves. They talk about leaving the body and go somewhere else either to travel to the most distant star or to see a friend. No one can question their sanity though, but it's a scary thought. Venturing into the world of the unknown may yield unexpected and horrible results. Unless your experience is not deliberate on your part, meaning, it just suddenly happened without you planning it. It happened to me one time, that I was up there watching our house down below. I'm not sure wether it is one form of a dream or unexpected electrical activity in the brain. I don't know. One thing I's sure I will not dare do it myself, who knows my "self" will end up somewhere else" and is not able to return to my body.

yes, it is very dangerous. we dont have a knowledge for such trips. in astral plan is kingdom of deth and theirs guardians-evil and good. If u run on some evil... maybe u will need exocisam :)

It is a wonderful spiritual experience. It is a gift for you, from god, for your spiritual enlightnment. Concentrate more on spiritual activity. We will discuss on this matter more and more.
