It's pretty simple to get slim and stay slim. Well most of the time. First if you don't require others to feed you you have control over what goes in your mouth. Don't keep sticking bad foods in your mouth. If you are not in a wheelchair then you can most likely walk. Walk for a minimum of 30 minutes at least 4 times a week. The combination of those two things will keep you slim. And the great thing is that the choice is yours.

In my opinion most people view dieting as the best way to losing weight. I personally go for the approach of doing more exercise - mainly because we should probably all do more of it anyway, but also I find it easier to burn extra calories than reduce eating too much and sit there all day with hunger pans. Not saying dieting is no good, but I think it's harder to sustain in the long run.

I can tell you that you don't eat after 18.-19.00,drink 2l /day water or green tea with lemon,try to eat without Desserts and try to do some sport,maybe to run or walk in the park one our.It is very easy to slim,you need only will.Don't wait to slim in few days,that must be an long stage and is good to be long for your healthy and for not to put on weight very easy!

If thats you in the photo, you have nothing to worry about. But if it's not you and your truly fat. My best advise would be to stay away from soft drinks like Coke, Pepsi and the like. Even diet drinks are no good. Drink lots of water. Good luck.

I know that some people despite all efforts viz excercise,diet control less fat,food etc still cant reduce their weight my advice too all of you is just follow Swami Ramdevji two Parnayamas namely ANULOM VILOM N KAPALBHATI 15 minutes in the morning n in the evening before meals try for 1 month it shall definitely work as I have personally experienced JUST TRY IT OUT DEAR
