Virus in computer. i need help

there are chances that some virus may be present , this information is not enough , which antivirus you use have you updated it, it all depends, whichever antivrus you use update it, than try.once you start updating the problem may decrease.

now dont jump to formatting hard disk, you can correct it, first just check whether restart button is not in touch with some wire,if that is also correct no problem in it try installing different antivirus , uninstall recent softwares you installed, recent files you downloaded. few online scans are also available do check where virus has its base than delete that file.

try to remove the program which u install recently this error sometimes happens due corrupt installion of any program

if its showing u some scoend after it it will restart than u start than run than write there shutdown -a than clcik ok
than i hope it will not restart
