In what way that cellphones with camera are useful?
Can it be used also for illegal purposes?

Your topic is very relevant just now as the news is full of whether the cell phone photos of Saddam's execution is legal or not. I personally don't have one but i imagine it very helpful in catching something of interest or importance.
