Why am i getting paid so little?

is it only me or every1 over here??
i have made a total of 38 posts.. and i have just 0.41$ is it normal..then how is it possible for ppl to get 5-30$ a day!!(they say so)
Plz can some1 help me with this?
How does the money be calculated?

i think it changes from day to day.
plus, there are supposedly different factors that play a role in figuring out how much you earn:
1. submit tags as much as you can.
2. post interesting topics.
3. post photos
4. write at least 3 lines of text in your responses.
and there are other things that i have gathered from the site, but can't remember some of them. i only have $3.33 and this will be my 207th post.

Post more and try to give the best answer on a discussion so that when your chosen by the author of the discussion as best answer you'll earn extra $$c

who is that people your referring who earns $30 a day. Thats a huge earning i guess. Maybe that people posted at least 1000 post in a day in which i refer to mention the quality they post or have many referrals line up 25% of their earning. That i could say its possible.
well as for you, I could say its pretty normal for you to earn that. Thats the usual earning for beginners. If you like to increase it, try to post more quality response, upload photos and get many referrals. That i could say you can reach higher pay.
