I justheard if you change your eating habits you can lose weight. What You do is eat your breakfast at night and you dinner in the morning. To be honest I dont think I would want to cook dinner in the morning there just is no time for that.

It changes the metabolism and that may cause some weight reduction. But I would not enjoy dinner for breakfast either.

breakfast at night? - eat breakfast at night and dinner in the morning?
I don't think I would like to cook dinner in the morning either, although I have often eaten leftovers from the night before for breakfast. I wonder if that would work? I have also done breakfast foods for dinner a number of times before. I never thought of it as being a weight loss tool, just fun, but I am certainly eager to lose weight!

Perhaps that is because we tend to eat smaller meals at breakfast and larger ones at supper? I know that is true for me. I usually only eat oatmeal or malt o meal for breakfast and a full meal with second helpings for supper. And of course, supper happens right before bedtime with no time to work any of it off. Makes sense to switch them...

I have never heard of that. But I do have breakfast food for dinner a lot, but bacon is just so greasy, I can't see that it would be any better for dinner than for breakfast...
