hi,i think ban the smoking is only one way of controlling smoking At the same time black marketers develop and lead to mafia,,,,same happened in all states in india in the case of alcahol.....so apart from ban,people should have social responsibility which is very less in my country.Y ou ahve to show alternative crop to farmers and discourage them .
