Make your own cheese

Anyone here make their own cheese? I've made soft cheeses before but this year I plan to learn to make hard cheese as well. I'm hoping to have a go at making mozarella using a microwave method I found on the internet, this weekend if I get the chance to. I also want to learn to make halloumi, thats one of my favourite cheeses.
