If you have a credit card. Add credit card to your paypal account. Then you can withdraw through your credit card

i'm not sayin that but they charge good amount of fees to deposit in a foriegn bank

As long as you have a bank account connected to your paypal account then yes it is possible. Other than that, buy online :)

various online stores allow the use of paypal as it is a recognised merchant bank, here's several sites that I use in order to purchase items online. www.ebay.co.uk www.tigerdirect.com and www.misco.co.uk these are perfect examples of places to purchase online items.

We can pay $10 from Pay pal.For transfering the paypal money to INDIA they charge $5, They transfe a minimum of $150. I under stood all these through forum discussions....!

That limit is for those who are non-verified members.. Use your credit carcd to upgrade, upgrade for free.. you can get the pay froom www.cash2india.com or www.xoom.com , by transferring the paypal amount to those account..
These cost much less than $5 transaction fee.

yes you can with draw through a check.. or you can contact your country's any of the money transfer concern, pay them through paypal, and get money from them..but may charge a little commision
