After more than a year, Lance Corporal Daniel Smith, one of the four accused of rape to a Filipina, Ms. NIcole, has been convicted as guilty. Definitely, the others, are innnocent. Smith is a US Marine sent by their government due to the Visiting Forces Agreement here. The Supreme Court had decided to put him under the custofy of Philippines. MOre than 2 weeks, he was jailed here. But after that, our President Arroyo, has talked to US Ambassador, and then let Smith to be under the custody of US. Which do u think is right?

If I were the one to decide I would have him in both courts: in Philippines and in the U.S.A. He has to pay for hurting a citizen of philipines, so he has to be judged by the court of Philipines and he has offended the U.S.A. Army and nation so I would court him in u.s. also.

I think as you! Therefore I believe that só.assim could have equality of the two countries. If it will be judged by one only, the other can say that justice was not so joust. Therefore it is better that sej in the two.

I think that it would have to be judged by the two cuts, therefore nor always the justice of a country is equal to another one. I believe that to be more just, it would have to face two justice. Although no justice to be so joust thus.
