how do you get flat stomachs?

leave everything, just drink more and more water (not the fridge one)before brushing your teeth atleast about 3-4glasses daily and it's best if you stir a tsp of honey in each glass....i know you can't get used to it right away but it is the best that can be.. coz no disease or sickness will ever harm of..trust me and just do sit ups.....believe me it's works alot i've been doing it and almost lost about 5kgs....seriously....even now i practise it....

I started doing exercise and after about 10 days i started seeing the results, no the stomach size didnt decrease significantly but i became a bit more flexible. I exercised only 30-60 mins a day thats it. But some work came up and i had to leave my exercise, I hate myself for leaving it. But now i know that when i start it again i will get results.

Work out yes! but make sure you eat right. that is the most important rule of all. they say abs are made in the kitchen!

Execrising is important but it is only half of the battle. You also need to watch waht your eating and putting into your body, because certain food do have a tendency to stick and stay in unwanted places (i.e. stomach , thighs and etc.)

After giving birth to my children mine wasn't so pretty either. I started doing stomach crunches and leg lifts every other day and in no time at all it was flat again.

The key here is to exercise and that too regularly without any breaks.Be cautious though do only exercises as mush as your body si able to take do not over do it may be harmful

Try to breath in an out with you stomach, rather then your chest. So when you inhale your stomach will be out stretching the ab muscles. Within a few weeks you will notice the definition in the abs. happy mylot day.

go for running and the do sit ups then go for swimming within 2 months your abbs becomes flat

you will have to schedule some exercise and control your diet.
