Don´t you think that tobacco should be considered an ilegal drug?

It is more then known and proved that tobacco creates a lot of diseases,the worst is cancer,and in many times also kills.Like ilegal drugs such as cocaine,tobacco moves millions of dollars and the guys that work in this business are getting rich with the disgrace of others.So what do you think about this?I would like comments from smokers too.
