Shopaholics. How to stop this bad habit ?

My friend is a shopaholics. She really like shopping very uncontrol.
Many times she buys something that actually not necessary for her. She bought that thing just to get satisfaction from her shopping activity.
She realize, it is not good for her but she can not stop this bad habit.
