Kaiser white porceline deer with faun figurine

About 20 years ago my wife bought me a Kaier white porceline figureine. It was of a standing Deer with her fawn laying at her feet. I recently go broken and I would like to replace it. The small piece that I still have has the blue Kaiser w/Germany stamped on it. It also has the limited edition #427 stamped into the porceline itself. It has a sticker with a gold metalic crown and the words "Golden Crown" with E & R at the bottom. Any information that anyone can provide conderning this item will be very much appreciated. I have scaned the internet and can not find this item.
