Any Recent College Grads Or Soon To Be College Grads?

I know how it is when you just graduated from college and are wondering what you are going to do. No one would hire you because you don't have experience. But how are you supposed to get experience, if you are not given a chance huh? Well, it's been three years since I was a college grad for the first time and life was no box of chocolate. My first six months were hell...and I often times wondered where can I begin? As a result of my experiences, I am organizing a program to help out recent grads with finding employment and transitioning into the world. The program will provide grads with the tools they need to succeed in whatever field they wish to pursue and give them experience in the process. It will also entail financial workshops. I just want to know what your needs are so I could better formulate the program to suit you. What are some ideas that you would like to see in such program? And do you think it will be beneficial?
