I love the sound of a lake washing up on the shore. I find it to be the most relaxing sound in the world. I love to just sit and listen to the waves.

Mine is the sound of waves. It's so calm and relaxing, I have a beach CD with wave noises and it sends me right to sleep. Love it!!
