A few friends of mine and myself, signed up for this website where you write articles on anything and everything. It gets sent to an editor who proof reads and then its submitted for publication. If it gets published, you get exclusive rights to your work. If they like what you offer (it can be an article you write, or a photo you submitted or a video you filmed) they make you an offer (ranging from 3-20 dollars) and you can either accept the offer or decline. Payment is just like here at mylot, it's paypal. No cost to sign up, it's free.. no fees to pay.. EVER Here's the link- http://www.associatedcontent.com/join.html?refer=40183 Copy and paste into your address bar. Let me know what you think. and if you're already a member.. Let me know how it's going for you. If you have anything published. I'd be delighted to read/view your work and comment on it!

Sorry, I realized AFTER I wrote this that there are several others who have written about this website also (Associated Content) They obviously did a much better job projecting the message.. I was just looking for other feedback on the site. Everything I've read so far has been positive. I'm not sure what part of "huh" I should be answering.

How long does it take after you have submitted an article before the offer is made? I submitted two articles on the 3rd of January and haven't gotten any feedback yet. what is the most you can make in a month or at least a ballpark figure?

They are backed up from the holidays. It takes generally 5 Business days.. And with their offices in Denver also being hit with massive snow storms.. things have been a little slow. I have a few things from the 28th of December still waiting for a CM.. and you have to think the holiday and then President Fords memorial. How much you make? Guess that really depends on how much you put out.. if you are writting articles from their suggested topic list (those generally pay more) and are following their guidelines (no spelling errors or a bunch of errors in your grammer) you make about 8 bucks a submission. I've never submitted a video so I don't know what they pay for those. I do know they are paying extra till the 15th for news stories.. and if you do a good job getting yourself exposure (with your page views) they start offering you more..(So email all your friends and family your submissions when they go live!!!) So I can't really give you a ball park.. but as I said.. The average is 8 bucks a submission.

Good Luck! I have yet to hear one complaint from anyone who works for AC.. and the people in the community section are nothing but friendly and helpful! The fact that the possibilities are endless.. I'm waiting for my "Opinion" piece to get some feedback.. I really went on a rant..lol I think that's the best part.. If you want to write about how much you hated the movie "Dream Girls".. they pay you! Think your covered bridge down the street is something spectacular? Take a picture of it and write about it.. Doesn't get much easier then that!! LOL

Thanks. Thats exactly the kind of reply I was looking for. You get a positive rating from me. once my AC content starts taking off I can develop a schedule of sumbissions and things like that.

It's for residents of the USA and I believe you have to have paypal. Hopefully soon they will start branching out to other countries.

paypal - i wanna have a paypal soon! its more convenient than others like egold and etc. PayPal is licensed as a money transmitter on a state-by-state basis. Although PayPal is not a bank, the company is still subject to and adheres to many of the rules and regulations governing the financial industry including Regulation E consumer protections and the USA PATRIOT Act. thats a benefit to me.
yeah hopefully it would happen soon. because i find paypal to be more convenient than egold. At the same time i could participate to such money makers. Plus,i will start to have an alternative money source other than myot. PayPal is licensed as a money transmitter on a state-by-state basis.
