I don't understand why you need help.You screwed up and now either need to apologize or move on.It will be up to her if she wishes to take you back.You have caused damage in your relationship and now must own up to it.

why you needing help? it's your fault that's the best for you..If I were your girlfriend I will not talk to you anymore. You know that you don't like this girl, why you give here a chance to date with you?..you are making trouble..solve it by your own.

then why you dated someone? don't expect your girlfriend to just forget about it! if you are sincere and if you really love him, apologize to her from your heart and don't ever try to do that again.
