Please take a look at this article. http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,241279,00.html I am troubled because I can't see where this little girl is having the quality of her life improved. How does everyone else feel? Do parents have the authority to make these type of decisions for a child. When can a parent overstep their authority? Are they making these decisions based on what is convenient for them?
