I share an office with the boss and have worked with him for 18 years now.
He is a power freak and tries to micromanage EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE. What a goof.

we love our boss!! i gave him commendations everyday!
last christmas our team had dinner and our big boss (program manager) dropped by to had dinner with us and last christmas (because we have work on holidays) he gave us 1whole ham each. he's very strict to compliance but he's very good outside. he really wants us to stay with the company. :)
