secularism has become a thing of vote bank attractions in any democracy..its being used solely for tht purpose.most of us think that secularism means suppressing the majorities and supporting the minorities blindfolded..Wats your opinion???Do reply......

I'm sorry. I don't understand this comment at all. Secularism means being indifferent to things pertaining to religion, or rejecting religious ideas or traditions.

Secularism dosent mean minority appeasement but unfortunately Indian political parties cant see beyound that.
