Don't you think that, being a vegetarian will help human beings a lot...? In fact, normal meat eaters will have sharp front teath for tearing, short intestines and a highly acidic stomach and human beings don't have this features as we all have a digestive system to digest plant based food and many diseases like kidney, strokes, asthma, ulcers, cancers etc can be prevented by a low fat vegetarian diet isn't it? how many of them agree with me here? share your views here.....

I highly disagree, because a vegetarian that isn't careful can become Very unhealthy. It has been proven we are omnivores, meaning we are meant to eat both meat and plants. The problem with us being vegetarians though is that we require protein. I don't know much about vegetarians, but don't they have to eat certain things to keep the protein level up? Real.....whatever you call plant eating animals don't require this need for protein as much, do they? (That was question based, I can not and will not try to prove it, I need someone's input who has knowledge in this area).

Maybe this is only your view and can be agreed to only some extent as it has been proved that vegetarians are more healthier than non-vegetarians and non-vegetarians are more prone to diseases than vegetarians and no one can deny this fact as it is scientifically proven fact. Then being vegetarian we also will get more proteins from plants. One of the benifits of vegetarian diet is , it contains adequate protein and not anything in excess.Nuts, seeds,Soya products,Cereals, milk etc are all protein contents for vegetarians. Anyway's, thanks for responding

Where did you read that non-vegetarians are more prone to diseases? Forgetting diseases like mad-cow disease that come from the meat, this isn't true, is it? I have heard otherwise. Meat today containing diseases can get businesses destroyed and fined, so these diseases are rare, right? But when you said vegetarians get more protein...now get serious. Meat is loaded with protein, please link sources to prove your points here, I just can't believe this.....

It is a known fact that non-vegetarians are more prone to diseases than vegetarians and you can talk to any health dietecians regarding this or try talking to your doctor and the fact will be known.I never said vegetarians get more protein than non-vegetarians.I just said that even vegetarians get more proteins but maynot be as much as non-vegetarians which i also agree and everything is needed to a limit isn't it? anything in excess is bad..righto....? Are you a vegetarian? many peopel who commented here seems to be non-vegetarians and it has been scintifically proven that vegetarians are not prone to diseases like non-vegetarians and now a day's more and more people are converting to negetarian diets and in coming years non-vegetarians might reduce drastically also..
