What type of business is good?

I'm planning to put up my own business. Do you know of a good business that requires less time to operate? Also a business that does not require too must investment/capital?

there are alot of breakfast and lunch places all over florida that open at 6am and close by 2 in the afternoon and are swamped with business,now those are great hours,give the people decent food at a reasonable rate and you'll have lines out the door,keep your menu limited,it's nothing to cook eggs,and flip burgers for lunch,you close by 2;00 take an hour to clean up and tally the days receipts,and your home by3.i'm in atlanta ga. and BAGEL STORES ARE GREAT HEREbut they're open all day.i'd go with the breakfast,lunch deal,GOOD LUCK
