Animal owners !!! Is this true ???

Ok so I have heard that when dog's prance like they breath hard that it means they are laughing, Is that true ??? What other thinkgs have you heard that dog's do and really know the meaning ??

I have no idea. That is a funny thought thow. How does a cat laugh?

I don't have a dog, so I wouldn't know if that's true or not.
