I think I am lucky to have a healthy body i.e. having every organ and also lucky to have a loving family.Are U lucky too, How?

I dont know whether i am lucky or not.sometimes i feel lucky and sometimes not.I am suffering from many diseases one after the other even though they r small.I too have a loving family so i can say in that way i am lucky
