what makes some peoplee succeed, and some fail...?

A lot of time i do think ,'what it is that makes the destiny of people?'. Many people succeed and many fail too. You can give 1000's of reasons for any thing but is life fair to everybody? does it treat you in the same way it treats others, I suppose it is just like a 'sine wave'. A crest for some one is a trough for another, but the mean always remain the same. what say you?

As Yoda would say, "There is no 'fair.'" Most people who succeed do it through perseverance. People who don't experience success either don't set goals or don't persevere in the pursuit of their goals.
